GTD Talking Points List
A place to keep track of topics you have talked about and need to talk about with other people
Details
This list is an unsung hero of the GTD system, and you may have never heard of it! Also known as an Agenda list, this is a place to keep track of communications with others. Keep one of these lists for anyone you have regular contact with (e.g., your boss, contractor, wedding planner, etc.). List the person’s name in the top box, then whenever you have items to discuss, list the date, the topic of discussion, and then the person’s response once you talk with them.
Ideas:
- Keep a running list of items to discuss with your boss so that you can discuss them at a time that is convenient for both of you
- Keep detailed notes when working with service providers, keeping track of price estimates and estimated completion times
- Keep track of important conversations with your kids or significant other, writing down sweet sentiments, funny things your kids say, or even gift ideas gleaned from conversation
Files
Once you download your files, you will see that they contain an underscore with a suffix at the end (e.g., "Filename_No Crop"). This chart will help you know exactly which files you will receive and how to identify them.
