Color or check off a box for each pound you lose
Are you someone who is motivated by checking off or coloring in boxes? Then this weight tracker is for you. Start by writing your current weight in the upper left-hand box. Designate each box to be a certain amount of weight (e.g., one pound, 1/2 kilo, etc.) and write each of those weights in subsequent boxes. Then, when you reach the weight written in that box, check it, color it, or sticker it!
- Includes versions with 35 boxes and 15 boxes per page, which gives you flexibility no matter how much weight you have to lose.
- Use multiple pages if you have >35 pounds to lose, or make each box worth 2 pounds instead of 1
- Every fifth box has a darker border around it, which helps you visualize mini-goals. These are perfect checkpoints to reward yourself!
Once you download your files, you will see that they contain an underscore with a suffix at the end (e.g., "Filename_No Crop"). This chart will help you know exactly which files you will receive and how to identify them.
