GTD Short Projects List
List to keep track of projects and subtasks
Details
Did you know that any task that takes more than one step to complete should be considered a project? This insert helps you break down projects into subtasks so that you can work your way through your to do list without getting overwhelmed. You can add a due date and status (e.g., completed, migrated, cancelled) not only to the project as a whole, but also to each subtask required to complete the larger project. This works best with projects between 2 and 6 steps.
We also offer a Master Project List, which is a place to keep track of all of your projects (big and small!) at a glance.
Files
Once you download your files, you will see that they contain an underscore with a suffix at the end (e.g., "Filename_No Crop"). This chart will help you know exactly which files you will receive and how to identify them.
