When you have something come into your head that you want to remember, quickly jot it down on this Inbox list. Then, at the end of the day, take a few minutes to go through the Inbox, sort each item into a category, and transfer the item to the appropriate list. Highlight or cross off each line after you have processed it.
Files
Once you download your files, you will see that they contain an underscore with a suffix at the end (e.g., "Filename_No Crop"). This chart will help you know exactly which files you will receive and how to identify them.
